1. General Introduction

Welcome to DaDynasty Kennels LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (thedogman.com) and our manual puppy application and reservation workflow. By accessing our site, submitting an application, or placing a reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Manual Application & Screening Flow

We pride ourselves on the premium care and placement of our short, compact Pocket and Micro Exotic Bullies. Therefore, puppy placement is subject to a strict screening process:

Submitting an application form via apply.html does NOT guarantee approval or reservation of a puppy.
All applications are reviewed manually by our founder, Rick Jefferson, within 2 hours of receipt.
Approval is granted at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to decline any applicant to protect the health and emotional well-being of our dogs.

3. The Non-Refundable $250 Reservation Deposit

⚠️ Strictly Non-Refundable Hold Rules

Once your application is approved, we will issue a manual invoice for a $250 holding deposit to secure your specific puppy. By paying this deposit, you explicitly agree that this deposit is 100% non-refundable under all ordinary circumstances. If you cancel your purchase or fail to execute pickup/delivery, the deposit is forfeited to compensate the kennel for holding costs and loss of market opportunity.

Your holding deposit acts as a commitment. It is immediately applied as a credit toward the final purchase price of your selected puppy. No payments are processed directly on this site; all deposits are managed via private invoice using our secure billing coordinates (Zelle, Cash App, or secure payment links) provided directly by us post-approval.

4. Final Balance & Release of Puppy

Your puppy will only be released into your custody upon full receipt of the remaining purchase balance. The final balance is due in full at the time of:

Local Pickup: Paid in person using our approved cash or electronic payment methods.
Secure Transport: Paid in full and cleared 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of a pet flight nanny or ground transport vehicle.

If the buyer fails to arrange pickup or complete final payment within 14 days of the agreed puppy release date, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, re-list the puppy for adoption, and retain the $250 holding deposit in full.

5. Safe Shipping & Flight Nanny Agreements

All shipping and transport charges are separate from the puppy's purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. While we coordinate with elite, hand-screened flight nannies to ensure direct airplane cabin transport, we do not control third-party airline delays or transport carrier schedules. We are not liable for transit disruptions outside of our immediate custody.

6. Written Health Guarantees

Every puppy sold is backed by a signed, written Health Contract detailing specific genetic clearances and vaccination verification. This Health Contract represents the entire agreement between the kennel and the buyer regarding medical guarantees. Any health-related claims must strictly follow the terms outlined inside the written Health Contract.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any legal disputes arising out of website usage or puppy purchases shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Bernalillo County, NM.
